Web Publishing as an ESL Writing Tool

by Jerry Bicknell

On 8 November 1997 at the 3 Rivers TESOL conference held at West Virginia University, I presented information about using the World Wide Web as an ESL Writing Tool.
I've published a more detailed account of my presentation here as a reference for those who attended the presentation, for those conference attendees who couldn't attend, and for any other interested ESL/EFL students or professionals to access.

I hope the information posted here is useful.
